The brief Introduction of National Kuan-Hsi Senior High School
In 1924, Kuan-Hsi Vocational Senior High School, hereafter referred to as KHVS, was founded during the Japanese-ruled period. Our school has experienced the vicissitudes of its 97-year history. In 2003, we devoted ourselves to pursuing further development and took deeper root in our community; KHVS was accordingly renamed
With 27 classes from 10th to 12th, we currently have a wide enrollment of students. Up to now, we have provided various choices for students' education, including 4 programs in vocational department, 4 sections in the general education department, and the special education department. The vocational department provides various programs, including Special Education, Horticulture, Animal Husbandry and Health Care, Food Processing and Home Economics. For the general (Comprehensive) education, we have General Education Section, Section of Information Education, Section of Data Processing Education and Section of Beverage and Hospitality.
Despite all the glories and adversities in history, we possess teachers’ endeavors and enthusiasm, and our principal’s competent leadership and dedication to achieving excellence. All these create an inspiring atmosphere in which the students are eager to learn different subjects, experience life and participate in extra-curricular activities, sports events and art performances. We are confident that our school can create a brilliant future.
